The process involves conversations between the partners and the therapist as well as feedback and direction.

Sex Therapy

This mental health therapy is aimed at targeting issues and emotions around sex, gender, relationship and intimacy.

A sex therapist uses their training in human sexuality and sexual diversity to help clients understanding themselves sexually and work through issues around sexuality either individually or with a partner or partners.
